At Parklands we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard working individuals who will compliment the teams we have and who have a desire to work within a professional, friendly and caring environment. Parklands is always striving for excellence in veterinary care and as such we are committed to training vets and nurses for the future. We are one of a few training practices in N Ireland and have close association with Nursing colleges and Veterinary Universities.  Parklands is multi departmental practice with vets specialising in different animal species. Opportunities arise within all areas of our business, whether you are a Small Animal, Farm or Equine  vet, an RCVS Nurse, or wish to be a member of our support staff, including our dedicated admin, reception and paratechnicians. Parklands is also passionate about “educating the future”. We run numerous school visits with talks both in the surgery and at school. We not only talk to school children but also to church groups, adult groups and take Duke of Edinburgh students for their interests \ skills.

Puppy classes are run by two Dog behaviourists, Fiona Whyte one of the Cookstown nursing team at Cookstown and Elaine Power at our Dungannon surgery. Please phone the surgeries to book a place. Socialisation of pups before 17 weeks old is critical in their development and makes your dogs character for life. Training commences after their 1st vaccination (post 6 weeks old).
