Senior Vet Required

Exciting opportunity for Senior Vet role to replace one of our long-standing Senior vets entering vet academia in the UK. The role entails taking on routine scanning and health management on your own dedicated farms with the back up team of 14 other large animal vets. Based in Cookstown Co. Tyrone.

Position: Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Parklands

Parklands Veterinary Group Dungannon is looking to add to our dedicated team of Veterinary surgeons to help develop our first and especially 2nd opinion work.
Parklands is a progressive Small Animal RCVS Accredited practice with 11 Small animal vets split over 2 sites. We have excellent surgical, medical and diagnostic facilities in house performing complex orthopaedic, soft tissue and medical procedures. Parklands is situated in beautiful rural mid ulster with easy access to the north, east and west coasts. We have a large and growing caseload seeing many major trauma cases and refer little.
We have a range of vets with additional qualifications and several working towards certificates. We have a great team and great vision for providing excellent service to our patients and clients whilst accommodating and normalising a work life balance for our team. Certificates are fully supported and encouraged

·     Location based at Dungannon (occasionally at other sites)

·        Start date – This new position is immediately available and also happy to support candidates who are looking for part-time work.

·     Experience level of candidate – you will ideally have two years plus small animal experience with certificate or keen to attain one.

·     We have an equally shared rota between the SAVets. OOH currently 1 in 9.

·     Salary – competitive – rising with experience

Position: Experienced Equine Vet Required

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our fast-paced multi-disciplinary Equine Department within our Mixed animal practice located in Mid Ulster.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Individual who would be an addition to our 2 Vet team, in our long-established practice. We are dedicated to delivering a first-class service to our clients and their animals across all areas of equine routine and emergency medicine. Our Equine Department specialise in Reproductive services- Artificial insemination, Embryo Transfer and foaling.

We boast an 18 stable yard complete with knock down box, DR X-Ray, video endoscope, gastroscope, ultrasound scanner and in-house laboratory machines.
